TSOPS is how SignalWeave scales itself. As a Technical Solutions Operations Engineer (Level 1), you design and build internal tooling, automations, and frameworks that make the business faster and sharper: Datadog demo environments, marketing automation, engineering workflows, and the operational systems behind enterprise delivery. You will work close to product and go-to-market, turning repeatable work into durable tools. AI and agentic workflows are first-class building blocks here, not side experiments.

Build and maintain demo orgs, dashboards, and narrative environments that sell with proof.
Marketing automation
Wire campaigns, lead flows, and content systems so GTM runs with less manual drag.
Engineering frameworks
Internal tooling, scripts, and design systems that keep shipping consistent.
Business automations
Connect CRM, docs, reporting, and ops so SignalWeave runs like an enterprise product company.
AI & agentic workflows
Apply AI and agentic patterns to automate ops, demos, and GTM systems with clear ownership.

Interact with the brief
- Design and build internal tooling that accelerates SignalWeave across sales, marketing, and engineering
- Create and maintain Datadog demo environments, dashboards, and reusable demo frameworks
- Automate marketing and GTM workflows: lead routing, campaign ops, reporting, and content handoffs
- Build lightweight engineering and ops frameworks: scripts, templates, checklists, and design patterns
- Design and operate AI-assisted and agentic workflows that reduce manual toil without sacrificing control
- Document systems so automations are owned, observable, and safe to extend
- Partner with SDR, product, and leadership to turn recurring friction into durable tools
