Why this seat exists
As an Enterprise Solutions Architect at SignalWeave, you own the technical strategy for strategic pursuits. You will design reference architectures, lead deep-dive workshops with NOC and platform teams, navigate security and residency requirements, and define success criteria for pilots that convert into production fleet rollouts, all in close partnership with Enterprise AEs.

Interact with the brief
- Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise and strategic fleet accounts
- Produce architecture diagrams, tagging strategies, and rollout plans aligned to Datadog best practices
- Run workshops and deep demos for NOC, SRE, security, and platform stakeholders
- Advise on residency, bandwidth, multi-site tagging, and operational handoff into customer runbooks
- Define pilot scope, success metrics, and technical exit criteria with Enterprise AEs
- Feed product and TSOPS with field requirements from real enterprise pursuits
